Course Contents

Front Office Operations, House Keeping Operations, Hygiene & Sanitation, Communication & Soft Skills, Practical, Internship in the Hospitality Industry
Students enrolled to the Advanced Certificate in Rooms Division Operations may simultaneously enroll to the Diploma in Front Office & Accommodation Management programme under the Directorate of Distance Education of Madurai Kamaraj University recognized by UGC under MHRD, Govt. of India.

At the end of 1 year successful students will be awarded Advanced Certificate in Rooms Division Operations from Department of Hotel & Tourism Management of IIAS School of Management.

Students shall appear for the University examinations to be conducted by the DDE, Madurai Kamaraj University leading to award of Diploma in Front Office & Accommodation Management to successful students. Students enrolling for the Diploma in Front Office & Accommodation Management under DDE, Madurai Kamaraj University will be guided by the rules and regulations of the university.
